Follow social distance and gather guidelines to help reduce transmission
Donate blood - due to the Covid-19 outbreak, there is a blood shortage
Call a friend or loved one suffering from mental illness who may be going through a tough time
Donate extra supplies, such as food, face masks, hand sanitizer, wipes, etc to food banks and hospitals
Support your local restaurants and small businesses through the purchase of takeout, delivery, gift cards, etc.
Keep your immune system strong by exercising, sleeping 7-8 hours a day, eating well, etc.
